    Hello!

    Does anybody know a easy way to convert SVCD NTSC to SVCD PAL. I have a problem that TMPGEnc doesn´t accept the MPEG 2 stream. Please help!

    You could try getting the mpeg2 codec from the tools area of this site. I don't know about the framerate conversion though.
