Now a 16 year old who burns a single DVD can be thrown into the same prison as a 16 year old who sells crack cocaine on the street corner. Hmmm, makes sense to me. Thank God I don't live in the USA.

I don't think Burning a DVD is a crime .. anyway (in my other role) shouldn't it be tsar, as that's an anagram of Star? Are there copyrights under Communism?

Actually, its a corruption of Ceasar, so they stole it from the Romans.
Two laws I would like to see enacted :
1. Any government official, elected or appointed, who takes Anything at All of monitary value from Anyone while in office, life imprisonment.
2. Any govenment official, electeed or appointed, who uses the phrase "the Government will pay, or provide" instead of "the Taxpayer will pay, or provide", life imprisonment.
I would not be oppossed to the death penalty in either case.
