Can I burn music into a DVD because the DVD carries more songs than the CD does? If so, will the music DVD playable in a regular CD player or only DVD player?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Marvingj's answer is wrong. I will charitably assume he is making a bad joke.
It is impossible to burn CD audio format to DVD. No burning programs will allow you to do this. You could rip the tracks on an audio CD to WAV format (or MP3) and burn those to a DVD in data disc format but such a disc would NOT be playable in a regular CD player. -
You can burn ripped wavs to DVD-A after authoring (with/without menu) in proper application (like discWelder) keeping original sample rate 44.1kHz. Most standalones support DVD-A playback.

There are several ways you could put music on a DVD.
However, a CD player can't play any kind of DVD. -
