    Is there a way of extracting a song out of a video. for example... there is a music video on youtube and i want to download the SONG as an mp3 but dont want the video. is there a way?? thanks

    GOOOOGLE, first hit on "youtube to mp3" => http://www.flvto.com

    Or use downloadhelper with firefox and download the flv. Use avidemux to demultiplex out the audio, Audio->Save.

    Or play the video in your browser, leave it open. Start up VideoCacheView, it will find the file in your browser cache. Save video to hard drive, then as above.

    FLV Extract can also demux an MP3 from an FLV video... but it won't work on the newer h.264 FLVs/the 'better quality' YouTube videos (MP4)/etc.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
