ifo edit / Need help in editing DVD transport function & aspect ratio

Situation:
Have got here a DVD (music concert, 7 tracks), obtained as a download, with unusual/inconvenient/false authoring.
Problem 1: The DVD is authored in a way that access to each of the 7 tracks is only possible through the root menu. A continuous playback stream does therefore not work.
Problem 2: Although filmed & encoded in anamorphic 16:9, the DVD's aspect ratio is falsely set to 4:3.

Details:
The DVD has the usual folders VIDEO_TS ; AUDIO_TS ; EXTRAS_TS

Target:
I want to obtain a DVD which
- plays back all video in a continuous stream without necessity to refer back to the DVD's menu for selection of next
- is flagged correctly in 16:9 aspect ratio
Chapter selection would be nice to have/nice to maintain as already prevailing, but is not a priority.

Tools:
I have IfoEdit v0.971 and PgcEdit v 8.6.
Actually, I tried resetting aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 in PgcEdit which it did correctly, however - only for first chapter. It also backed up the not crossreferenced other chapters to backup folder. I deleted this useless result.

Would appreciate any advice as to how fix, starting from initial situation. Thanks.

Every titleset IFO will will have an aspect ratio flag, so every one of them will have to be changes if they are wrong. I find IFOEdit simplest for this, but PGCEdit can do it just as well.

Never tried to make a play all with PGCEdit, as I author with DLP which can do this easily.
