I downloaded an avi/divx video, and when I play it on my DVD player, it displays french subtitles. I want to remove the subs. Note that the subs are not 'burned into' the video, because I can turn them on and off with my DVD remote. Even though I have subtitles turned off by default on my player, whenever I play this video, the french subs come on and I have to turn them off again. It's just annoying. Is there a way to remove the subs from this file? I saw some postings telling how to extract the subs, but I don't really want to extract them into a seperate file, I just want to permanently remove them.
Thanks!
