    I have been reading up on H264 tonight, and really never bothered to use this new codec. If i have a video on Youtube that i download, and wanna put on my PSP, will it look ANY better on the PSP than a regular PSP (.mp4) converted video? Is it just better to use H264 when I do DVD conversion to see the full beauty of the high definition?

    You will get better quality if you use the H264 codec with compared to the "regular"(MPEG-4 SP/ASP).

    But you WONT get any good quality if your source is not that good like downloading stuff from youtube. Garbage in Garbage Out. And it's not any High Definition as PSP just supports up to 720x480.
