    Hi, I'm looking for a software application to make instructional flash-format videos with audio content from (live) screenshots in WINXP. My preference is for open-source. If anybody can help me out here, much obliged.

    I don't know if Wink is open source, but it is freeware

    There is also the older, free version of Camstudio

    All can be found in the Tools section
