    Hi

Is there any option or plug-in for Virtual Dub to encode the whole video stream of dvd?

I mean, in most of dvd encoding softwares, the program can detect the entire video stream and encode it into a single avi files, but it seems that in virtual dub, you should encode each of *.vob files to avi and then merge them.

    Thanks

Check 'extended options' if it doesn't load all the files automatically.

VD was never really designed for DVD to AVI conversion. What I've done is to use VOB2MPG with a decrypted DVD file and then use VD with the MPEG plugin or just use VD Mod. Open the large MPEG file from VOB2MPG and encode it as you want.

But most times, a program like AutoGK or FairUse Wizard would be much easier. You just need to decrypt the DVD first. DVDFab Decrypter works well for this.
