My DVR 630H got a playback error, after I continuous play recorded video around 45minutes it will stop; I change another HDD but got same problem...
Anyone have seen this and can advise?

This is just a wild guess but it might be a heat problem? How have you placed the DVR? Does it get enough air flow?
Also have you tried a reset back to factory settings? -
Yes, overheating is the first suspicion. But conditions are the same as last time. I didn't try it without cover yet.
Reset doesn't help. The first entrance into Disk Navigator hangs the device up.There is the new hdd inside.

Tried with a firmware update? http://www.pioneer-rus.ru/eur/content/support/support/update/DVR.html ONLY FOR REGION 2 and 5 DVRs

Have you tried to leave it unplugged from the power for 1 - 2 days?
