linking decompressor to flv file?

Was not sure where to put this........
My issue is, I have a bunch of flv files all play in wmp. However only a select few will play in mpc. First thing I noticed about the files is that those that play in mpc have a vp6 format. Those that don't have h-263 or 4. Even converting the file to a avi movie did'nt help. after some searching, I thougt the mpc-hc would do the trick. It did'nt. I put the file in graph edit. after moving some things around I determined that swapping the ffd decompressor with avi decompressor enables the file to be seen on mpc. So how do I link all flv files with h-263 format to the avi decompressor???????? Thanks

Have you tried disable the internal flv or/and vp6 decoder in mpc? Under Options->Internal Filters. Or do you want to use its internal filters?
