"All in One" Program?

Hello everyone, hope all is well.

I have a quick question regarding DVD authoring software.

I want to create a dvd with the following, and am wondering if there is an 'all in one' program that can do the following:

1. Allow me to edit/cut the video i have captured from VHS (video file is in mpg format)
2. Allow me to create text titles to use in my dvd video... for example..... when playing my dvd....i would like a title to appear (black background + white text) stating the date... then after the date is shown... the video plays..
3. Allow me to import photos.... and create a slidshow of some sort.... directly in the dvd authoring program.... to use in the dvd (for example, as "extras")

So, is there a program that can allow me to do the above? If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!
