I've a TS file which audio in DTS 48KHz sampling rate format, how can I convert it into DTS 96KHz sampling rate format?

  2. Surcode is the only DTS encoder that I know of, and it doesn't support 96Khz

Why do you want to do this? Converting a 48 KHz source to 96 KHz doesn't make it sound better and may actually make the sound slightly worse. And some playback devices may downsample the 96 KHz DTS to 48 KHz for playback, which would defeat the entire purpose of having 96 KHz audio.

You'll have to spend thousands of US dollars on professional software that can do this. There's nothing free that can do it as far as I know.

That is an incomplete sentence. I don't think there's anything else we can do to help you as you have not explained why you want to do this nor have you asked a question we can answer.

  6. You might be able to convert .dts 96KHz to .wav with eac3to, then downsample to 48KHz .wav, then re-encode the .wav to .dts 48KHz with eac3to (with Surcode installed). But this is lossy and don't expect great quality.

I also see you've asked Madshi over at Doom9 - He is the expert.

poisondeathray - Nice of you to help, but he has 48 KHz DTS already. He won't explain why he wants to make 96 KHz DTS (and no free tools can create that as I told him) and his follow up post makes no sense, so we're kind of wasting our time here responding as I said in my post right above yours.
