    Hi,

I have an audio clip of a person talking while the phone ring.

How can I remove that phone ring and which software?

Also, I want to remove all other noise beside the person is talking.

    Thanks a lot.

The short answer is that you can't. The long answer is that is you play around with an audio editing package such as Audacity (free) or Sound Forge (not free) and use the EQ and notch filters you may be able to reduce some of the noise. Usually this comes at a cost to the fidelity of the stuff you really want though.

Normalise or volume filters will do this.

As you said - HE can't do it, but it is perfectly doable, albeit time-consuming and require more than basic knowledge.
If the said phone ring is one of the usual modern electronic buzzers (or old fashion style ring), it may be easy to do. Its pattern and frequencies shouldn't be that hard to locate and remove. If its some melody (like mp3 ringtone or such) it may get more complicated.
Certainly I'd suggest to try Sound Forge (if there is trial version).

I like Sound Forge, but it isn't cheap. Audacity can do a lot of the same things for free, you just have to think a bit harder about how. Goldwave is also good, and Audition has it's fans.
