I need to take out the last view vertical lines of an AVI and replace with black when frameserving to CCE using VDub. I did not see an option for this in teh filters...how do I do this?

Heya.
It's in the Resize Filter. Add the resize filter, then you should see Cropping in the filter window.

I see what your talking about, teh expand frame and letterbox" part. I cant figure out how do get it to do what I want though. I need to replace the last 10 lines from teh bottom of a 720x480 image. When I capture I get some sort of weird staitc on the bottom and would like to replace the with black. When I use TMPG I simply use its cropping ability, is it possible to do it with and VDub? What settings would I need? I dont mind if I have to cut the same amount off the top but would prefer not to

Fairly simple:
- Open Video menu, select Filters
- Click the Add button
- Double-click on "null transform"
- Click the Cropping button (near the bottom) and there ya go. -
There it is...amazing what you don't see when your not looking for it!
