Okay here's my problem...
I'm converting a bunch of old Laser Discs to VCD for Family and Friends.
(and yes I told them LD was a dumb investment at the time)
Either way... I'm encoding them at VCD standard except I'm uping
the bitrate to 1152.. I'm using TMPGe to encode them to VCD standard.
Now the Video comes out great..(well as great as can be excpected)
but no matter what I do am continue to get a clicking noise in the background. No matter what I have tried (noise reduction) and the like I cannot remove that danged clicking noise.... Thus far I'm at the end of my rope on this and don't know what to do if anyone could please offer some advice I would be very thankful.

I'm using a P2-266MHz
384megs RAM
30gig HD
ATI all in Wonder PRO for the ripping

Btw the ripped version comes out great no clicking or problems of any type.. The only thing I can think of is my computer is so damned old that it is causing problems in the converting.. >?!?!?!? I don't know.

HELP!!!! I'M GOING TO TARE MY MOTHERBOARD OUT!!!!!!
Thank you
