It's a personal decision. You aren't likely to notice a difference between either of those or several other models that are much cheaper. It basically all boils down to which card has any special features or options that you want/need, which card fits the available slot(s) you have on your MB, and price. You are more likely to notice a difference between good speakers and average speakers, than you are between a good sound card and an average sound card.
