    FFmpeg can decode ape audio (and encode to mp3). See "Tools" on the left for FFmpeg and a GUI.
    You need a gui that can disable video (or use FFmpeg from the command line).

    This post is a perfect example of why I have a policy that I almost never respond to posts if the poster is from India. I am breaking that policy here to make a point.

    Going to Google and entering:
    convert APE to MP3
    produced thousands of hits, the first of which I got is:
    http://www.simplehelp.net/2007/05/13/how-to-convert-ape-files-to-mp3-using-windows/

    So sumeshkri, you are unable to do a Google search for this information because...?
