Well, letting us know WHAT this is a log from would be a good start, although I suppose someone might recognize it if you are lucky.

What brand of DVD+R DL are you using? You should be aware that only Verbatim works reliably and it's only their Made in Singapore DL discs that work reliably. They seem to have cut back on the Made in India DL discs that were causing a lot of problems, but they may still be available in some places.

What speed are you burning at? A slower speed might help. Also, do not use your PC for other tasks while burning.

    linda.0p,

Your main problem is almost certainly the disks you're using:
    Media ID: RITEK-S04-42
As jman98 pointed out, the only dual layer disks that consistently and reliably work are Verbatim DVD+R DL. They may cost more when you buy them, but by the time you figure in the waste (coasters) produced when using any other media, it's the best deal around.

To ensure your dual layer burns are the best possible, it would also be a good idea to use ImgBurn for the actual burning part of your process. Among other benefits, it lets you select where the layer break is. The VSO burning engine you used basically filled the first layer, and then switched to the second layer, something that should be avoided if possible. While it's possible that really is the "optimal" place to put the layer break, there's no way to tell without checking in ImgBurn...and if you're going to do that, you might just as well use ImgBurn for the burning.

By the way, the log shows that 8x burning was requested, but since the drive only had a 2.4x write strategy, that's what it used...which is a good thing. Burning inferior dual layer media faster than the rated speed, with the layer break near the outer edge of the disk is a recipe for disaster.

In a nutshell...use Verbatim DVD+R DL media, and burn with ImgBurn. Most (if not all) of your problems will go away.

Since this is your first post here, welcome to VideoHelp.
