Black screen during playback on tv

I have: Samsung-709 DVD player.
CD-RW disk.
I have tried vcd, svcd, xvcd.
I use Nero burner V.5.5.6.4 (with svcd-mpeg2 plugin).

I finally could get my DVD player to play the disk (I tried CD-R, they didn´t work at all). It seems to be playing, but the screen is black and there´s no sound. And I have checked in my pc if it works and it does.
????????????????? Please help me out here???????????????????

P.s. When I use original VCD from coolvcd.com the screen says at startup
VCD V.2.0, but when I use the CD-RW the screen says VCD V.1.1 .
Anyone knows how this may be different?
