Conversion stops after one minute of material converted

Hi, just started using the software, and having problems.

Im trying to convert one 42 minute long 1920x1080 WMV-file to something that Mac After Effects / Premiere CS3 would understand. I try to convert it with h264 or pretty much any other format and problem is that it only converts 1 minute of material or so and then states it is finished. That one minute of material looks good and all but I cant figure out what goes wrong and why it doesnt convert the whole file? info doesnt say anything that could describe why it stops after one minute.

How can I get it to convert it right? Im in kinda hurry with this one (deadline soon) so if theres any way to get wmv-files to work with AE, all help is greatly appreciated.

Please post the contents of the logfile (click on the blue "i" in the Progress window). It might offer a clue as to what's happening.
