    I have mixed one minute of 25 songs into a medley. I notice that each of the songs has a different volume as thye were extracted / ripped from different sources. How can i acheive a uniform volume for the entire track (medley) ?

    If you've already out them together, you'll need to apply a massive about of dynamic range compression or limiting to the file. Try Audacity.

    Use Normalize option in your software, it should take care of the volume.
