Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows a program that would allow me to crop a part of a video out of one, and put it in another video.

More specifically, take a person out of a video, and paste it into another video. I have Cyberlink, Nero, Sony Vegas, iclone studio, crazy talk but I don't think any of those programs can do it?

Here is an idea of what I'd like to do below.

Edit: I found tutorials on green screen-chromakey, I'm getting closer to finding what I want lol. I want to take say, Muhammed Ali out of an old fight video, and make it look like he is fighting Mike Tyson. Anyone?
