  1. is it nessecery to do the data veryfication when a material is being burned?, if i won't choose this option, will it hurt the recorded disc? does this thing reall matter?

    I don't believe so.

    Generally I'll run it for the first couple of burns with a new burner just to make sure I didn't get a dud, but after that, I turn it off. Probably depends on if you're one of those people that just "has to know" that a burn was successful and cannot contemplate burning said material again.
