Hi
I try to convert MPEG2 file to MOV or MP4 and I use quicktime pro.
I have to create so I can streaming the file using Darwin Streaming Server.
I have to hinting (or something like that).
The movie looks nice but no sound??
I can play the MPEG2 file in quicktime and I hear sound but when I av export and create a MOV or MP4 it dont hear anything at all.
Have right now no MPEG2 file that I like to create so I dont have any information about the file right now.
I can use other program to create MOV or MP4 but I have to make sure that I can scroll forward and backward.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I would try convert to h264 mp4 using xvid4psp and see if the darwin server supports it. See my guide, https://forum.videohelp.com/topic355179.html and you can download my mp4 sample https://forum.videohelp.com/images/guides/355179/test.mp4
If that wont work it would help to know what the audio codec is in your mpeg2 file, like ac3, mpa, wav audio. -
Thanks, going to try that sample
I have try that program before on a movie that was 2 hour and 10 min.
I maybe have done something wrong because when I start to encoder the file it say it going to take about 8 hour and after 4 hour it was saying 7 hour left and then I cancel it.
