bitrate calculator for multiple audio?

Can anyone recommend a bitrate calculator for encoding M2v files for a DVD with multiple audio tracks? In VideoCalc, you can select the number of audio tracks but they have to be the same bitrate.

Just use the highest bit rate. Anybody who is trying to fill up a DVD to 99% or even 100% in use is not being smart. Many encoding programs actually overshoot by a little the values you tell them to use so if you use exactly what a bitrate calculator tells you to use, you will often end up with too much to fit on a single layer disc. Just calculate based on the highest value and live with it. Audio doesn't take up that much space anyway. If you use a value too high by a little, you'll just make sure that your final product fits on the DVD. And many recommend NOT going to the very end of the DVD as errors are a lot more likely to occur on the disc at the parts closest to the outer edge.

The bitrate calculator in Gordian Knot allows 2 audio tracks and you can set different bitrates for each.

Before I got so many replies, I decided not to use the calculator and just get the bitrate by subtracting the total of the audio tracks from 9800.
