I'm using VirtualDubMod 1.5.10.2 to sync the Japanese audio with the video for Street Fighter II: Alpha. There was a 230 ms delay between the audio and video and I fixed this by putting in 230 ms. It worked, however, whenever I play the video, there's a short burst of static in the very beginning. This only happens when I attempt to delay the audio track by 230 ms.. Is there anyway to fix this?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
