    hi guys
im wanting to put video footage of me drumming to my bands songs on my comp, then with a comp program add the recorded song over the top and mix the levels so you can hear both.
What would be the easiest way to do this?
I used to use Vegas but been awhile now.
Do i just need a video editing program that has multiple audio tracks? Will be doing some editing but very simple cuts nothing major

What format is it in presently, video and audio? I've done similar with VirtualDub or VD Mod. After editing the whole file, extract the audio as WAV and use Audacity to mix the tracks, then add back to the edited video. Not as sophisticated as something like Vegas, but it works for me.

Vegas would be the simplest, only because you can see the video and all of the audio tracks together, and just move and trim audio as necessary to make it all line up. Vegas makes it just so easy to do.
