  1. I have a problem with cutting mpegs. I use TMPGENC to cut them but it walways gives me an error when I try to buirn it to vcd saying that the system clock reference is invalid. So I wanted to ask what other cutting programs there is and where i can find'em, or maybe a solution for this problem.
    thanking u in advance

  2. Try Womble MPEGVCR.
In my humble opinnion the best cut/join tool for MPEG. There are two versions, one for MPEG-1 and one for MPEG-2.

They cut/join frame-perfect, report projected file sizes and never gave me any trouble as TMPG does.
The downside: both are commercial programs...

  3. when you cut the mpeg with tmpge make sure you change the type from mpeg-1 system to mpeg-1video cd and that will fix the system clock error.
