    well what are you burning it in?

    Correctly multiplexing a vcd is a relatively simple process. Most programs that will allow you to do it will do it to spec, unlike with svcd. Just demux your mpg in TMPGenc and then remux it with mpeg1 vcd set to output. Then reburn this new mpg and it should be fine.
