    Hallo there. I have an NTSC vcd which i want to convert to a PAL vcd. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    How about www.doom9.org >The Guides>Format Conversions Guides>Avi To Vcd/svcd Guide. That one works great! Tried it more than once!
