Hi All,
I have LA40A650A1 Samsung 40" LCD TV connected to Samsung Home Theatre HT-X715 thru HDMI cable. I could play DVD/MP3 etc from my Home Theatre and able to get the audio thru Home Theatre.
But I could not find a way to get the audio thru my Home Theatre, when I watch TV channels.
Any advise will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Jaim.

You need also connect the set top box digital audio to the receiver, or feed HDMI from the set top box to the receiver, then HDMI to the TV.Originally Posted by jaisankarmRecommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

Or if you STB doesn't have HDMI it may have coax or optical digital that can be routed to the TV (if the TV accepts either).
