Hi I'm using a software called SUPER and I was wondering if there is a way to change the font & font size?

Of what ? The interface - no. SUPER tries to fit everything it can into the one interface screen, which means you have lots going on, small fonts, and lots of clutter. If you want something easier to read, try a different tool. Other tools that convert many formats to many formats include MediaCoder and Xvid4PSP (which does a far better job than SUPER in most cases)

For the subtitles not the interface. I don't think the tools you mentioned can convert from h264 to avi

Both can convert h264 to AVI quite easily (and go in the other direction).

I haven't played with SUPER in a quite a while because Xvid4PSP is far superior for the things I do. Xvid4PSP also does subs using TexTSub in avisynth. You can edit the script to modify the subs in any way the textsub allows.

Besides which - as far as I'm aware, SUPER doesn't handle subtitles. It'll ignore subtitle streams, basically.

An exception could be subs burned into the video... but in that case, you wouldn't be able to change their font or color, anyway.
