    How can I make 2D motion video ?

    I saw videos with fights scenes in 2D motion. How did they do that on VirtualDubMod?

    It's like the fighting scene of the video is slow (High Quality)
    I saw another copy a the video with no 2D motion video and the fighting scene's speed is fast.

    How did they do that???
