When you put the main largest video file (m2ts) into Tsmuxer (all files saved to hdd by AnyDVD HD) and all the audio track files for that video show, how can you tell which one(s) are the directors commentary file?
Or basically which ones to definitely keep? Thanks.

I haven't tried Tsmuxer, but on a DVD, usually the first title is the regular movie and the directors commentary follows. But you would have to play the audio files to be sure. With DVDs, I use DVD Shrink to preview if I'm in doubt. Not sure what works with TS streams.
