Help: Invisible (unreferenced?) titles from DVD recorder

I have a Toshiba DR410 DVD recorder. When I record using dvd+rw, and reauthor using dvdshrink, it shows me only the last session that I recorded and it always shows that twice (which is ok I dont care) but not the previous recordings. For example, if I record programA, stop and then record programB, in dvdshrink I see

Title 2 - Program B
Title 4 - Program B

If I say "full disc" in DVDShrink, it says Invalid navigation structure.
When I play the disc, titles 1 & 3 seem to be programA.

What could be a solution for this?

Maybe try run fixvts on the video_Ts folder(copy the dvd to your hdd) first and then use dvd shrink.
