    I've been asked by a friend to extract the audio from some concert VCDs.

    Any suggestions about the best way to do that would be gratefully received. Either Mac or PC solutions welcome.

    I guess I can Audio Hijack if all else fails but there's got to be an easier way.

    VCD Gear can extract the .mpg program stream, and from there either demux with DGIndex to get an mp2 audio stream, or load in AVI Demux to convert the audio to mp3 or wav.
