Well I went to that page to make VCD stills but I do get some errors and incompatibility issues.

Movie won't mux and I can't seem to figure out if menu was successfully created and how the heck do you burn the vcd that you create with this proggy made by philips?

For your question/problem, I advise you to get VCDwizard (it's another GUI to VCDimager). VCDwizard gots an advanched help, in which a lot of tips/tricks are included. One of them explains you exactly how to create STILL's that works great, perfectly (and easy), off-line - no web-application - just at your own system, using the software you properly already got (and completely legal/free).
