Is it possible to record a channel you cannot watch? I'm using Rogers cable and I want to watch Musimax but it says you have to subscribe. Can my DVD recorder record that?

Its very similar to the sound of one hand clapping. In the Forest.

  6. What's wrong with the sound of one hand clapping? I always clap with one hand so I don't spill my beer in the other hand.

    Here is how it works,

You cannot record the channel your not subscribing to because the channel is blocked. You would either have to purchase the channel to "unscramble" the signal, or purchase what is called a "descrambler". (This works with cable only) But not sat. Beware, as a descrambler is typically illegal. That having been stated, you can still purchase them. Just don't get caught using it I guess.
Yeah, I'm probably nuts... But what the hell. Nobody's perfect.
