    Maybe you need to load the UDF2.60 extensions? I don't remember XP having anything other than 1.02.

    Try creating an .ISO file of your disc and see if info can be extracted that way (NERO should be able to do this).

    Or, are you trying to play something on the disc?

    You didn't say what kind of discs..

    CD and DVD don't really use v2.60, that's almost always BluRay/HDDVD. So installing an appropriate player for them usually installs the v2.60 filesystem support.

    Or you could use ISOBuster or other similar reader...
