How to convert MKV to PS3 or PSP

With the help of people here, I have finally figured out how to convert mkv to ps3, with selecting just english audio.

But now I need to figure out how to convert mkv to ps3 or psp, with the selected subbtitles. I watch a lot of anime out of japan, and I need the subbs to be converted with the video. mkv2vob has the perfect options for this, but the audio never seems to be in a compatible format("unsupported audio codec"). I've tried using BeSweet to convert the audio I extracted with MKVExtractGUI, but it always gives me an error. I have no idea what I can do to make this work. I'm new to this converting stuff, so I'm open to any and all ideas. So if anybody can help even a little, or point me to another program that can do all of this, that would be perfect and very much appreciated.

I would really like to do this with mkv2vob or a program with simular flexibility, but if anybody know of a better program to convert mkv anime to ps3 or psp please let me know. Even if I could just convert it to AVI or MP4 with the subbtitles/audio, and just convert to ps3/psp later, that would be fine as well. I just really want to solve this frustrating problem.
