Hey guys ive used dvdshrink to put the files on my HD and dont know which are necesary to just make the main movie and sound...I've also downloaded some torrent movies in DVDshrink format they are just so large it takes forever so if i know what file to download it will go much quicker thanks guys.

You can preview them in Shrink to see which is which. In general with commercial DVD backups the first main movie is the correct one the majority of the time.
If those 'torrent movies' are copyrighted, then discussing that here would be a violation of our rules.
