Do you play fantasy baseball?

I've been reading pre-season football information lately at http://nooffseason.com but it has a baseball sister too, at http://www.baseballguys.com

Much like the football writers, the baseball writers here seem pretty in-touch with everything. I'm thinking of joining a league next season. I may start to read up at this site for some news and ongoing playing advice. Even if I didn't play fantasy, it appears to be pretty helpful at staying on top of the in-depth news, not just the headlines I get when I pick up the local major daily or USA Today.

Just wanted to share.

Foxsports has been recommended to me as well as yahoo sports.

Any favorites? Please note this will be for NFL football, not college. Also this is strictly for a pasttime not gambling or anything. FREE sites are a must

The owner is HEAVILY connected to the sport world, he's not simply a site owner. He'll give you the info you want. Unlike some of the other fantasy sites (where everybody says the same things), this guy tend to have a different take, which has apparently been successful for him and his readers.

You'll get the usual "you should pay" answers, but you'll also get exactly what you ask for.

If you want to be serious, I'd even suggest the $10 premium member service. There's a ton of stuff in there, and the owner will assist you one-on-one.

Well I had the day off and I ended up signing up for the Yahoo sports league for nfl (the freebie version).

Team name is JEDI MAVERICKS and I haven't been assigned a league yet - I just signed up. I created a junk email for it - pm me if you want it
