    I just created a vcd from .mpg using Nero 5.5.5.1 and, once it's inserted into my dvd player, the picture rolls continously from top to bottom. Can someone help troubleshoot? Thanks.

    Umm... is the clip Pal.
    Can you select between Pal and Ntsc on your dvd player?

    I don't have that option on my dvd player. I did select pal in Nero though. What else could be the culprit?

    Well if your DVD player wont play Pal your going to have to convert to Ntsc.
    I would just buy a new DVD player.

    Adjust the vertical hold (Vhold) on your tv if it has it..
