cette version améne son lot de changement

    - Profile automatique.

My friend had all his DVDs in a Sony DVD changer and it took a dump. He wants to put all his DVDs on a HDD in DivX format that he can play through the Philips 5990's USB port (or other media player that he can connect to his TV).

He isn't real adept at Video and doesn't have the time and patience to use multiple programs to achieve his goal. Is this the program for him?

He is better off buying a new Sony DVD player. They make a 400 disc changer that takes CD and DVD discs.

That was his first option but he's not sure he wants to spend that much on a new Sony since the last one didn't last that long and he would like to have one that will play DivX but I don't believe anyone makes one. He doesn't want to have to buy multiple players but when he realizes how much trouble it will be to back up his whole collection to HDD, he may end up getting the Sony.

I have two Sony DVP-CX995V 400 disc changers and they have been dependable for the last two years. They are slow at bringing a disc up, but considering how much data they can hold, it's worth it. About 1700GB each at 4.37GB per disc. Or about 2800GB at 7GB per disc.

But with that said, I also have about 6000GB of HDD storage, though not as dependable as burned discs.
