Hi I am looking for a program (not necessarily freeware but it would be nice) to catalogue my downloaded videos. Ideally it would be able to show thumbnails of the videos in my "library" at the particular frame I selected (rather than just frame 1 as Windows does automatically), tag videos with keywords and search by keyword. Most searches I have tried on this topic have turned up programs to catalogue photos or (physical) DVDs which is not really what I want. Any recommendations (or does a program like this exist)?

Take a look at Extreme Movie Manager. I've used it for a couple of years. About $15US. It can search your hard drive and catalong and index any videos it finds there. Lots of other features and lifetime updates: http://www.binaryworks.it/extrememoviemanager/
