    Greets,

Sorry to hear you are having probs with StaxRip. I have been using it for a little while now and have been very happy with it. Not experienced any of the problems you have mentioned. The only time I crashed StaxRip was when I messed up a filter variable and saved it as part of my default template. So as soon as it auto loaded the template and hit my error it had a prob. That was easy enough to fix. Not heard of the .dll you mentioned - Google did not even show anything for it.

I would suggest that you also ask your question in the Doom9.org forums under the MPEG-4 Encoder GUI section if you cannot find the answers here. StaxRip has some active threads there and he seems very good with keeping up on feedback of his program.

@ Videohelp. My sincere apologies for referencing another vid forum here. Videohelp is a fine site and has provided me with heaps of valuable video info and I greatly respect it. Yet, sometimes one needs to point to other sources for the info needed.

    Cheers,

Rene: Could you not just wound him a little bit?
Hans: Well now, with a 25 pound shell that is not easy.

    'Allo 'Allo
