Ok... I'm using Premiere C3 to cut a film. What is the most subtle way to sync audio and video together. What I mean is so the clapper board is synced to the audio which has been recorded separately...
Anyone know a good program or system to do this in an easy way?!

If you slated each scene with a clapper-board, go frame-by-frame on the video until you see the frame where the top part of the clapper first touches the bottom, and mark that as a poster frame. On the audio track you will go to the point where you here the snap sound of the clapper and mark that as a poster frame. Align the poster frames of video and audio, and you will have sync. You will cut out the sections with the slate at the front of each scene, so to make sure video and audio tracks remain in sync, you can mark various other points of the clips for alignment. With Premiere timelines, it is quite simple to sync video and audio tracks by matching particular frames to distinctive sounds, even when you don't slate each scene with a clapboard.
