  1. My machine has 256mb and 12mb on the video card. How can this not be enough? =/

    Also, could someone explain regions? Thanks.

  2. When a program usually "runs out of memory" it means the virtual memory in Windows is down to 0, this can happen usually on Windows95/98 and Me, because they have bad memory managment.

    This can also happen when an EXE file goes bad, so first thing I suggest you try is re-installing a fresh copy of Windows, meaning, uninstall what you go and re-install a new version.

    Lastly, checking for viruses couldn't hurt either
