DVD Shrink HELP ! ! ! !

I had to recently wipe everything out of my computer and re-install every program.

So I had DVD Shrink and I loved it, it took me about 30 minutes to successfully shrink a 7GB dvd to 4.7 GB.

But NOW, when I re-installed it, it takes 2 HOURS to shrink a dvd ! ! ! !

What gives ? ? ? ? What can I do to fix this, I even tried to delete it and re-install it, but NOTHING. I'm really bummed out about this because I loved DVD Shrink so much....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe your drive is in PIO mode. Check to be shure that it's in DMA mode. Check here for more info: http://winhlp.com/node/10
